I am looking to rent out an extra room in my large 5 1/2 next to Vanier College. The apartment is located in between Vanier College and Du College metro on a quiet street. It has two floors and I am looking to rent one of the rooms on the main floor. It has lots of light, front and back balconies with direct access to the yard. There is a garage that I'll be using to store my car, but will be available to work on projects. There is laundry hook-up in the apartment and I am looking to purchase a washer and dryer soon. Very close to grocery stores, shops, library, and the swimming pool. $400 plus electricity, internet, etc. I am a young professional just recently moved the neighborhood. I've traveled around the world extensively and love long conversations over short beers. This place is perfect for a Vanier student or a young professional working in the neighborhood.
