This can be short term or long term.The room is furnished with a bed,bedding,dresser and desk/table.My home is smoke-free and I have 2 indoor cats who enjoy the balcony in Summer.I'm a vegetarian so a person who eats little meat or who is also vegetarian is a plus!The metro is a 5 minute walk and we have all amenties close by and downtown is about 10-15 minutes by metro.I have a washing machine and a clothes line for you to use.The rent is $400 and will include all the bills.I have pictures to send you if you e-mail me :)
