Saint-Laurent

Although its territory is both industrial and residential, Saint-Laurent offers its citizens a rich community life, made all the richer by an ethnically diverse population that has made it one of the most multicultural boroughs in Montréal.

Just as in all of Montréal’s other neighbourhoods, Saint-Laurent offers a wide range of services to meet its residents’ needs.

The borough boasts a strong aeronautical, communications and pharmaceutical base. In fact, the Technoparc Saint-Laurent – one of the largest industrial parks in North America – is home to such major players as Bombardier.

As for outdoor activities, local residents don’t have to go far. The borough’s parks are well equipped with pools, tennis courts, running tracks, golf driving ranges and even dog runs!

As for shopping, Décarie Boulevard has undergone a major facelift in recent years, attracting a growing number of boutiques and cafés.

Located near all major highways, Saint-Laurent has three stations on the Montréal/Deux-Montagnes commuter train line.
